Extra bed: Children up to 2 years old -50%. From 3 until 12 years old -30%. From 13 years old -10%.
Reservation Policies
Deposit payment: Euro 350,00 for the months of June-July-August-September and Euro 250,00 for the other months (per room). The reservation will be definitely confirmed upon receipt of depositCancellation policy: If the cancellation is communicated at least 4 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained for a stay of equal length, within the 31/12/2012. There will be no refund if the cancellation is received between the third day and the date of arrival. In case of late arrival or early departure, not reported within 14 days of arrival, will be charged the cost of the room for all the days not used (max 3 days)
